TrustedDrop Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited uses of TrustedDrop.

2. Illegal or Harmful Content

You may not upload, transmit, distribute, or make available files that are unlawful, harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, exploitative, or otherwise improper.

3. Prohibited Material

You may not use the service to store or distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, phishing kits, stolen credentials, unauthorized personal data, child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, or content that facilitates criminal activity.

4. Intellectual Property

You may not upload or share files that infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, confidentiality obligations, or other rights of any person or organization.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

You may not upload or disclose personal, confidential, regulated, classified, or proprietary information unless you have the legal authority and permission to do so.

6. Abuse of the Service

You may not use the service for spam, harassment, doxxing, credential theft, impersonation, fraud, evasion of security controls, denial-of-service activity, unauthorized scanning, or attempts to compromise the service.

7. Enforcement

We may block, suspend, delete, preserve, or disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the service, comply with law, investigate abuse, or protect users or third parties.

8. User Certification

By uploading files, you certify that you have the legal right to share the files and that your use complies with this Acceptable Use Policy.
