Wantegrity Inc. operates TrustedDrop. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how long we retain it.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect upload metadata, download metadata, timestamps, IP addresses, browser user agents, file size, file count, expiration settings, sender information, recipient information, and policy acceptance records.

3. File Contents

We do not use uploaded file contents for advertising, resale, profiling, or AI training. We do not intentionally inspect file contents except when required by law, necessary to investigate abuse, or necessary to protect the service.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to operate the service, provide secure file exchange, enforce expiration and deletion rules, detect abuse, troubleshoot errors, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and document acceptance of service terms.

5. Logging and Retention

Uploaded files are retained only as needed for the transfer and may be deleted after download, expiration, administrative action, or system maintenance.

Operational metadata may be retained for up to 90 days. Security and abuse logs may be retained for up to 180 days. Administrative audit records may be retained for up to one year, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or business reasons.

6. Disclosure

We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, lawful government request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or Wantegrity Inc..

7. Data Minimization

We attempt to collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

9. User Requests

Users may contact Wantegrity Inc. to request information about personal data associated with their use of the service, subject to identity verification, legal limits, security obligations, and technical feasibility.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will identify their version number and effective date.
